i had purchased a item from "ebazar". and by default damage item received by the courier boy now i had mailed the details back and they have processed the exchange procedure and the courier boy took the product from my home on "15-07-16". but i did't received any details for the further delivery yet. and your customer care is not working. i had called the customer service executive as you people provide the no. but nobody is responding there. its been a month to sent back the product i think i had made a mistake to purchase from ebazar.
kindly short out my problem as soon as possible.
