The Korean manufacturer on 12 February, took to Facebook to announce the mini version of the handset. It posted a set of photos with the tagline “Experience the MINI”.
Leading smartphone makers like Samsung, Sony, HTC and ZTE already have ‘Mini’ variants of their most selling smartphones, so it is no surprise that LG is planning one for their flagship device.
The smartphone will be announced on 24 February in Barcelona, and all the necessary info on it will be unveiled there.
According to a report by PhoneArena, the handset will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor inside, along with 2GB of RAM, similar to the LG G2.
It is also to be noted that there is no official confirmation available on these details.
