I bought a flat in Mantri Navaratna in Chennai and the handover date was on March 2013. But till date there is no signs of handing over the appartment though 100 % cash is paid and registration for the flat is also done. Contacted the customer care but no response from them. There is no compensation announced or paid so far. If the buyer delays a payment, will the builder allow them to stay calm with out heavy fine amount? But why does Mantri take any responsibility for the delayed handover. We need to pay the EMI and also pay the rent for our current house and that is really daunting !!! The quality is also not good ! When I visited my flat I saw one of the floor tile already damaged in living room and sink in bathroom already broken ! Finishing is not uniform inside the house and the wall has uneven patches. I really made a big mistake by investing in Mantri !!
